Pizza Chef Riccardo Villani, a native of Abruzzo, Italy, was trained under World Pizza Champions and Master Instructors, Graziano Bertuzzo and Gianni Pompetti. He immigrated to America bringing along with him his dream of bringing a high quality pizza using the finest ingredients to the New York Metro area. While working in NYC, Pizza Chef Villani met and worked along side Leobard Perez, Pizzaiolo. They discovered that they shared a love and passion for their trade.
